Hi my loves,
Welcome to this week’s LIFT.
Your Monday delivery of the things making my life brighter, and the beautiful finds I've come across on my daily travels that I think you’d love, too.
Grab your coffee, and let's dive in.

STYLE
ARKET Terry Sweatshirt
Why I love it: This is my favourite sweatshirt. The fit is just right, relaxed without being too baggy, which means I can wear it on its own, layer it over a shirt or tee, or pop it under a smarter jacket and it still feels really pulled together.
It’s become one of those brilliant wardrobe staples that works for almost everything. I’ll wear it to work, throw it on for running errands, or dress it up a little when I want to be comfortable without looking too casual.
I already own it in two colours (light grey and pink) and I’m currently eyeing up a third, darker shade to add to the collection. Always the sign of a good find!
Sizing tip: I’m a UK 12 and wear a Small in this style.
Available: ARKET, online and in store.
WELLBEING
Perc-Free Dry Cleaning
Why I love it: When I was overhauling so many areas of my life post-treatment, a new dry cleaner called BLANC opened near me in London. Unlike conventional dry cleaning, they use liquid CO₂ and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents — and have never used perchloroethylene (often called “perc”) since opening.
It was actually through BLANC that I first learnt about perc, a solvent traditionally used by many dry cleaners, and started reading about its potential impact on our health. It was something I’d never even thought to question before, but once I knew, switching felt like another inevitable change for me. After all, these are clothes we wear directly against our skin.
If you use a dry cleaner regularly, it might be worth asking what cleaning method they use and looking for professional wet cleaning or another perc-free alternative if, like me, you’d prefer to avoid it.
HOME LIFE
MORA James Photobooth Strip Frame
Why I love it: This item is firmly at the top of my personal hit list. Who doesn’t love photobooth strips - those silly, spontaneous little snapshots with people we love.
I’ve got a few collected over the years, and rather than leaving them tucked away in drawers, I love the idea of giving them a proper place in my home. MORA’s James frame does exactly that, taking a simple photobooth strip and surrounding it with an oversized off-white mount and slim walnut frame. It turns something wonderfully nostalgic and informal into a little piece of art.
Such a lovely way to bring happy memories and the people we love into the everyday.
Available: MORA, online.
Nourishment
Ffern Seasonal Tea
Why I love it: I discovered Ffern’s Seasonal Tea while trying their fragrances in store, and it’s become such a lovely little find. Their teas are created seasonally, using organic herbs grown in collaboration with a herb farm just down the lane from Ffern’s Somerset studio.
The blends feel really sophisticated and considered, but they’re also beautifully light and easy to drink. They’re caffeine-free, which makes them lovely at any time of day — particularly when you fancy something more interesting than your usual cup of tea.
I also love the idea that, just like their fragrances, the blends change with the seasons. A rather lovely ritual in a cup.
Available: Ffern, online and in store.
Beauty
Nooance Paris Cryotherapy Spoons
Why I love them: I’ve been using stainless-steel ice globes for a while now (mine were actually a gift) and they’ve become a lovely addition to my morning routine. I keep them permanently in the freezer and use them first thing when my face is feeling a little puffy and sleepy, or if my skin needs some soothing. The cold instantly makes my skin feel fresher, tighter and, quite frankly, a little more awake!
I particularly like stainless-steel tools because they feel beautifully cold against the skin, stay cold for a long time and are really easy to keep clean. Mine are traditional globes, but they’re no longer available. I’ve heard great things about cryotherapy spoons, and they’re what I would go for if I were buying today. Their curved shape is designed to follow the contours of the face — including around the eyes, cheeks and jawline — which makes them a lovely alternative.
Available: John Bell & Croyden.
Wild Card
Bellroy Pencil Case
Why I love it: Does that symbolic ‘new school year’ feeling ever really leave us? There’s something about September that still makes me want a new notebook, a fresh set of pens and, apparently, a grown-up pencil case!
It always feels like a bit of a reset month to me, summer starts winding down, routines return and we begin that gradual move into the final part of the year. So this little Bellroy pencil case feels rather fitting.
It’s simple, grown-up and lovely and slim, so it slips easily into your everyday work bag without taking up loads of room. Perfect for keeping all those pens that would otherwise inevitably end up floating around at the bottom of your bag.
Available: Bellroy, online.
