Bio-Oil

A cult classic for a reason. Bio-Oil is a much-loved formula that supports skin recovery by improving the texture, tone, and appearance of both new and old scars.

It’s also widely used to reduce the visibility of stretch marks — especially during times of weight change through or after cancer treatment.

Scar massage at TEN Health & Fitness

Scar massage can do more than soften and mobilise the skin, it supports your whole body in healing. At TEN, specialist therapists use gentle techniques to help reduce scar tissue build-up, improve movement, and ease restriction throughout the body.

But the benefits go beyond the physical. These sessions can help rebuild your relationship with your body after treatment, supporting emotional healing and encouraging a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
