STYLE

M&S Très Fatigué T-Shirt

Why I love it: Post-cancer fatigue is debilitating. It’s soul-crushing, painful, and can last for years.

While it’s certainly not a laughing matter, as survivors, we know that keeping your sense of humour makes everything just a little bit lighter. This fun tee does just that.

The style will work with almost any bottoms already in your wardrobe. Wear it paired with shorts over the summer, and rolled up sleeves. And continue to wear it into the autumn with jeans or joggers, thrown under an oversized blazer for a comfortable look.

Available at: Marks & Spencer (in-store and online)

WELLBEING

Sweet Bee Organics Revive Wild Yam Balm

Why I love it: As part of my peri-menopause journey, I’ve found vaginal dryness to be an increasingly uncomfortable problem. Given how thin and sensitive the skin in that area is, I would only ever consider using something 100% organic and natural.

After reading great reviews online, I purchased this balm during the Black Friday sales and now, I am a fully fledged fan too. It is instantly soothing, long-lasting, and has become a comforting part of my evening routine. It is a gentle, natural lifesaver for reclaiming my comfort.

Available at: Sweet Bee Organics online.

HOME LIFE

Abigail Ahern Faux Botanicals

Why I love them: Bringing a touch of nature indoors is one of the easiest ways to make a home feel calm and grounded. But fresh flowers can be expensive, messy, and for anyone with allergies or sensitivities - a bit of a headache.

Abigail Ahern’s stunning artificial flowers and faux plants are a million miles away from the plastic, dusty versions of the past. Hand-crafted from delicate fabrics, they embrace the beautiful, organic imperfections of real stems.

I love them because they give you that soothing, botanical feeling year-round with absolutely zero upkeep (no droopy leaves, no shedding, and no smelly vase water to change!). They’re a chic, worry-free way to bring the outdoors in.

Available from: Abigail Ahern online and in-store.

Food

Torres Selecta Fried Pickles Crisps

Why I love them: Spanish brand Torres are known for making top-tier, gourmet crisps, and I recently decided to try their Pickle flavour. I thought it was going to be similar to the standard pickled onion flavours we're used to from the supermarket, but I got a wonderful surprise.

I almost don’t want to tell you and ruin the mystery, but it is a very specific, nostalgic flavour. They have literally recreated the McDonald's burger pickle in crisp form.

I normally can't be trusted around a bag of crisps (I will happily eat them until they are all gone!), but I found that with these, a handful was just enough to satisfy that savoury craving. They are the perfect, sophisticated treat for summer entertaining - best enjoyed in the garden with friends, alongside a refreshing spritz, some olives, and cheese.

Available at: Whole Foods, Selfridges Food Hall, UK wide delis or on-line at souschef.co.uk.

Lunch On The Go

LEON's Iconic 2004 Superfood Salad is Back!

Why I love it: If you are out & about and need a fast, healthy lunch, finding something that actually tastes great and nourishes your body can sometimes be a challenge. That is why I am thrilled that LEON has officially brought back its iconic 2004 Superfood Salad nationwide.

I remember my sister Georgie taking me and mum to the very first LEON store in Carnaby Street back in 2004 to try this exact salad - it became a firm favourite for us when shopping in town.

It was their original salad making them famous, featuring a delicious mix of broccoli, feta, and avocado on a bed of quinoa, cucumber, and peas, topped with fresh mint and a zesty preserved lemon dressing. It is the perfect ‘on-the-go’ summer lunch that leaves you feeling energised and nourished.

It's part of their menu reset to bring the chain back to its healthy, foundational roots, and I for one am so happy it’s back!

Available at: LEON stores nationwide.

Beauty

Muji Face Blotting Paper

Why I love them: Whether you are dealing with summer heatwaves or hot flushes, managing excess shine and sweat on the go is a constant battle. That is why these Muji blotting papers are my handbag accessory.

The best part about these is that they are completely powder-free. A lot of blotting papers on the high street come coated in powder, which can easily clog pores, dry out your skin, or leave a cakey, powdery finish. These simple, wood-pulp sheets just gently dab away excess oil and sweat, leaving your skin looking fresh and naturally matte, without messing up your makeup.

They are cheap, cheerful, and a total lifesaver to keep in your bag at all times.

Available at: Muji (in-store and online)
