STYLE
Essentiel Antwerp One-Shoulder Ruffle Mini Dress
Why I love it: With wedding and summer event season in full swing, finding an outfit that feels celebratory and genuinely comfortable can be a real challenge.
This dress is an absolute perfect mix of fun, elegance, and effortless ease. The ruffle details add playful movement, but because of the relaxed drape, you don’t have to worry about anything pinching or feeling too restrictive as you celebrate.
Even better? It’s currently in the sale and comes in three different colours to suit a variety of skin tones. It’s an investment that will make you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to dance.
I guarantee you will take this out every summer.
Available at: Essentiel Antwerp (online and in-store)
NOURISHMENT
Jude's Ice Cream
Why I love it: True nourishment isn’t just about green veg and seeds. Sometimes, nourishment is about pure, unadulterated joy, and with this glorious weather, that looks like a scoop of really, really good ice cream right now.
Enter Jude's. This British brand makes some of the most incredibly delicious ice cream. Their Flat White flavour is an absolute standout, and I just tried their Cherry flavour this weekend - it is scrummy!
If you prefer plant-based, their vegan Vanilla and Mint Choc Chip come with high praise, and their Mango sorbet is so refreshing.
Oh, and they even make a dog-friendly tub, so your little furry buddies can join in on the treat!
Available at: Major supermarkets (including Sainsbury's, Ocado, Co-op).
HOME LIFE
East End Press Hand-Crafted Garlands
Why I love them: These lovely, hand-crafted garlands from Glasgow-based East End Press are the ultimate, effortless way to "pimp up" any corner of your home.
When you are spending time at home recovering, your surroundings matter so much. Adding a pop of colour with one of these is such an easy and affordable way to bring life into a room. Whether you drape them over a bedframe, hang them vertically in a quiet corner, or frame a mirror, they bring instant charm to your space.
Hand-printed on sustainably sourced paper or wood by skilled artisans in India, their designs range from beautiful florals and hearts to animals and stars. I love them because they are a simple way to make your space feel a little more playful, bright, and uniquely yours, without needing to paint walls or buy heavy furniture.
Available from: East End Press online, or independent gift shops across the UK.
WELLBEING
Milton Sterilising Tablets
Why I love them: We all know how important it is to stay hydrated, but when was the last time you gave your reusable water bottle a proper deep clean? Those handy bottles, especially the ones with built-in straws or sporty lids can be breeding grounds for bacteria that washing-up liquid just can’t reach.
When your immune system is low, keeping things sterile is key to protecting your health and giving you peace of mind. These Milton tablets are a total, zero-effort game-changer. Originally designed for baby bottles, you simply pop one tablet into your bottle with cold water, let it sit for 15 minutes, and rinse. No scrubbing, no fuss, just total reassurance that your bottle is 100% safe to drink from.
Available: Supermarkets, Boots, and pharmacies nationwide..
JOY
@thepastaqueen on Instagram
Why I love her: Sometimes, the best thing we can do in our healing is to let ourselves laugh.
I’ve recently discovered @thepastaqueen on Instagram, and she has been bringing pure, joyful escapism to my screen daily.
If you haven’t come across her yet, she is an absolute force of nature. She cooks delicious-looking, authentic Italian dishes with a lot of comical drama.
It is utterly entertaining. Watching her videos is an instant mood-booster - the best medicine for our wellbeing is a good laugh.

BEAUTY
Byoma Nourishing Body Oil
Why I love it: With summer officially here and more skin on show, a good body oil is the ultimate way to lock in moisture and feel confident baring your legs. But let’s be honest, nobody likes a runny, greasy oil that takes ages to absorb and ruins your favourite pyjamas.
That is why I’ve been really digging this clinically proven body oil from Byoma. It has a slightly thicker, luxurious consistency that doesn't run off your hands, yet it absorbs beautifully without leaving any greasy residue on your clothes.
Packed with skin-loving Jojoba and Seabuckthorn oils, it deeply hydrates without the stickiness. I use it with my wooden massage roller on my legs in the evenings for a lovely, soothing ritual.
Available at: Boots, Superdrug, or Space NK.
