Hi my loves,
Welcome to this week’s LIFT.
Your Monday delivery of the things making my life brighter, and the beautiful finds I've come across on my daily travels that I think you’d love, too.
Grab your coffee, and let's dive in.

STYLE
Heavy Mayhem Matilde Cuff
Why I love it: The Matilde Cuff from Heavy Mayhem is a beautiful piece, crafted from stainless steel and available in both gold and silver-plated finishes, you can choose the tone that best suits your skin colouring and wardrobe.
It is one of those stylish, versatile pieces that will work for you for years to come. Pair it with a breezy summer dress on holiday, use it to add a modern edge to a smart suit, or style it over long sleeves and knitwear when winter rolls around. It is a true forever-piece.
Available: Heavy Mayhem and Liberty London
Beauty
Sachajuan Ocean Mist
Why I love it: While this is designed as a beach spray, my personal styling secret is to use it as a root-lifter. Rather than using it as a solo curling product, I spray a small amount directly onto my roots to add instant texture, body, and grip. It is absolute magic for giving my natural hair a little extra help and lift in the weeks leading up to my next coloring appointment.
Lulu’s Tip: A little goes a long way with this one. Spritz it lightly, you want a touch of breezy, mattifying texture, not crunchy hair. It’s a beautifully light mist, not a heavy lifting curling product.
Available at: Sephora and LookFantastic.
HOME LIFE
Sézane Traviata Lamps
Why I love them: Who doesn't love Sézane? They are a total favourite for effortless, romantic fashion so when they added homeware to the mix, I think we all swooned.
While they are expanding their gorgeous home range, it's their original signature Traviata lamps that remain my favourite. Season after season, they bring them back in beautiful new colours and rich textures. They are the perfect, easy way to add a little bit of that cosy Parisian style to a bedside table, a reading nook, or your living room.
Available: Sézane (online)
Nourishment
Medjool Dates
Nature's caramel (and a little daily luxury)
Why I love them: If you enjoy something sweet after your meal, you are going to love these. They are so fudgy, soft, and naturally sweet that they honestly feel like a total luxury.
But here’s the best part, unlike processed deserts, these little gems are actually packed with goodness. They are a great source of fibre (amazing for digestion), potassium, and essential minerals, which gives you a beautiful, slow-release energy boost without the dreaded sugar crash.
My two absolute favorites are the M&S Collection Pitted Medjool Dates and the Waitrose No. 1 King Medjool Dates. They are consistently the plumpest, softest, and most caramel-like dates you can buy.
Lulu’s Tip: Pop them in the fridge if you prefer a chewy texture. Or, add a small piece of dark chocolate inside for an extra twist.
Available: Marks & Spencer and Waitrose
WELLBEING
Put Yourself on Aeroplane Mode
Why I love it: This week, my wellness recommendation is a practice. I want to gently invite you to put yourself on "Aeroplane Mode."
We spend so much of our lives reacting to pings, notifications, and emails. The constant noise of the outside world can leave our nervous systems feeling totally fried, and sometimes, the best thing you can do for your healing and mental peace is to consciously unplug.
I’ve configured my phone so that at a set time every evening, it automatically silences all notifications, except from my immediate family.
Here is what I’ve learned by doing this:
Everyone doesn't need me to solve everything. If you step back and let others make the decisions, the world keeps spinning. Save your energy.
Most things are not that serious. They can wait.
You will claw back so much personal battery power. Just saving 15% of your daily energy by unplugging makes a bigger impact overall than you can imagine.
Give it a go, even for just a few days a week to start with.
Movement
Decathlon Clay Hot/Cold Compress
Why I love it: If you are navigating muscle aches, this is a little lifesaver. It’s a simple, reusable 2-in-1 hot and cold compress that helps ease pain and your body recover.
What I love most about this particular pack is that it’s filled with clay. Unlike stiff gel packs, the clay makes it more pliable, so it easily moulds to the shape of your body (like a knee, shoulder, or lower back). Plus, having one single pack that can be popped in the microwave to relax tight muscles, or kept in the freezer to soothe inflammation, is just so convenient. It’s cheap, cheerful, and an absolute must-have for your wellness cabinet. Comes in different sizes.
Available: Decathlon
